An heirloom variety with origins in the Netherlands and (you guessed it) Finland!

Growing Guide: Performs best with good fertility and moderate water, adequate drainage, and in sandy loam type soils. Leave adequate space between plants as vines tend to spread. Skins are on the thin side so harvest with care.
Disease Resistance Characteristics: Resistant to scab
Buttery, slightly sweet flavor perfect for mashing. Firm, waxy texture after cooking holds shape for soups and salads. Good for boiling, baking, roasting, and french fries!
