White Bonita is a selection of Bonita with white skin and creamier flesh. Twice as much sucrose compared to O'Henry (another white sweet potato) gives it a sweeter flavor.
Disease Resistance Characteristics: Strong resistance to southern root knot nematode. Resistant to soil rot.
